Insurance Claims

As a CAIN Licensed Holistic Nutrition Practitioner I can issue an invoice for insurance group plan claims. Here is a list of some insurance companies who recognize Holistic Nutritionists and allow you to claim to a group plan: Blue Cross, Claim Assure, Desjardins, Manulife, Sunlife Group, Industrial Alliance and Alberta Bluecross. Please note the list above has insurance companies who have included Holistic Nutritionists or Natural Nutrition, Nutrition Counselling Services in their list of claimable services. It is important to understand however, that employers select the option to include services from Holistic Nutritionists and you may not be covered. I will not know for sure if your insurance provider covers my services, so before working with me, it will be your responsibility to ensure you have coverage if you plan to submit a claim.
